Waylon Allen


Waylon Allen’s practice focuses on the areas of legal ethics, legal malpractice, attorney discipline, personal injury trial law, and general litigation. During his 37 years of practice, Waylon has handled a wide variety of litigation matters, including real estate litigation; personal injury cases, including product liability, construction accidents, automobile/semi-truck collisions; medical malpractice; and professional liability matters. Following law school, Waylon worked at Jones Day Reavis & Pogue as an associate defending Fortune 100 companies in product liability cases. At the time, Jones Day Reavis & Pogue was the second biggest law firm in the world. Waylon was later a named partner in Chester & Allen, LLP. In addition to his work with Herring & Panzer, Waylon maintains his own firm as Law Office of Waylon Allen.
