Jason M. Panzer
Jason is a partner in Herring & Panzer, L.L.P. Jason’s practice focuses on professional malpractice, legal malpractice, lawyer disqualification, commercial litigation, conflicts of interest, and legal ethics. Jason has experience representing and advising clients on legal ethics related matters in court and arbitration settings. He also is co-author with Chuck Herring and Leah Turner of the treatise, Texas Legal Malpractice & Lawyer Discipline, which they update annually. Jason is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Texas School of Law. For several years, he also taught courses for the Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism.
